3 Days Couples Repleneshing Yoga Retreat in Permaculture Paradise

Do you both individually, as well as a couple feel in need of some care and loving? Could you perhaps do with some new tools to improve compassion and communication between you? Why not let this, perhaps long-overdue maintenance come in form of a retreat in nature at her best, with views of the Andes and delicious pine scents from the adjacent national park?!

Two daily yogas classes – including Vinyasa flow, acro- and Yin Yoga – will ground and expand you all at once. Homegrown, lovingly prepared Ayurvedic, vegetarian meals will not only nourish your body, but also brighten your heart and nurture your soul.

Moreso, on Day 1 you’ll be welcomed with some homamade goodness of kefir, kombucha or freshh juice, as well as a guided permaculture tour.

On day 2, a 2 hours tantric couples session afer breakfast will build on where you are at in your relationship through different somatic and other tools to either save, enhance or embellish how vibrant you both feel- and support one another in your partnership.

In the after-noon you can either get lost in any of the most varied and stunning forest walks which could take you to some of our freshest creeks, or to the most amazing valley views. Or, you could also engage in some active earth therapy with Dini in our permaculture gardens, picking your own dinner and learning hands-on about not only this most sustainable gardening technique, but way of living which remarkbly resembles the yogi way.
